Please speak with the captain in person before 5:00 p.m. on the day before your early trip. A non-refundable fee must be paid in advance.
If you have an emergency that requires assistance from the police, fire, ambulance or hospital: CALL 911. They will contact everyone necessary including the ferry captain.
Do not call 911 for ferry information.
There is an emergency phone at the front of the Chappaquiddick Firehouse.
The personnel at the Communications Center will call or page the necessary police, fire, and ferry personnel to handle emergencies on Chappaquiddick during operating hours as well as after hours when the ferry is shut down.
